Frequently Asked Questions
For EDU Private, what does my Institution need to provide?
You provide a basic installation of CentOS 6, network, power, and the core machine, and daily and weekly backups.
Can I migrate my existing IDP?
We can look at your existing IDP configuration and migrate the existing trust relationships, but we can’t “take over” your current IDP
Who qualifies for Gluu EDU pricing?
All non-profit educational institutions can qualify for discount Gluu EDU pricing.
Does Gluu EDU support High Availability Clustering?
Gluu can support clustered deployments for an optional fee. This does not include Terracotta for Shibboleth.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
You can cancel your account within 60 days of ordering or renewing for no charge by contacting the support desk at support@gluu.org.
What is the cost of support?
All Gluu EDU appliances include a Level 3 support.
